1st Line Analyst - Leeds - £17k-£20k

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a legal client based in Leeds City Centre for a 1st line Support Engineer.

The role is a new position signed-off as a result of growth. The role will have a lot of scope for the successful candidate to develop his/her skills in a number of technical areas that may include Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco and Avaya PBX telephones. The purpose of the role is to support all of the IT systems currently used by this legal firm and to be involved in IT projects when required.

Ideally you will have some good IT knowledge either from your previous work experience or indeed your studies. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 is a pre-requisite and

Reporting to the IT Manager you will be involved in the roll out of a new fault-logging system as well as having a clear progression to develop into a 2nd and 3rd Line Engineer as well as having the potential to cross train into a development role.

From time to time the role might involve some travelling to some of the other sites based in the Yorkshire area. You do not need a car and drivers licence.
